Collection: Compresses

There are two different types of compresses. Partly those that are very thin, they can be in several layers. These can be used, for example, to clean wounds or are usually folded and taped after taking a blood sample and then used as a kind of plaster. The other type is more like a pad and is often also called a wound pad. This model is firmer and often comes packed individually. These can be used as a large patch and taped in place with surgical tape. These also have a certain absorbent capacity. They are often also covered by a smooth material that prevents them from sticking to the wound surface.
