Hypothermia

Prehospital hypothermia can occur for several different reasons - shock, bleeding, cooling weather or water can cause hypothermia. Hypothermia is life-threatening and must be prevented. We have the Ready Heat series which has heating elements that keep 38-40 degrees heat for 8-10 hours and then we have the Blizzard series which has very good insulation and can also be used to move injured people with. In addition to these, we also have disposable products that are used by the healthcare system during operations and the like, but which can also be used in other contexts - Mediwrap, Ambuwrap and EasiTex.
