Shipping prices

We try to keep this page up to date, but it may happen that we had time to make an update in the store before we had time to change here. However, we do our utmost to keep this page up to date. Unfortunately, you have to go to the end of the checkout to see the exact price of your order.

Forwarders

We primarily send your order as a PostNord Commodity Letter, which means that it should land in your mailbox instead of an agent. Sometimes it still ends up with an agent for reasons unclear to us. When a package is too heavy or too large or has a large order value, we send it with DHL instead.

Delivery times

We usually ship your order the same day you place your order. We try to pack our orders by 4pm so they leave the same day. As we also work with training courses and the like, it happens on some days that we don't have time and then we may send it a day later. Packages that we need to send with DHL usually take a day or two extra as we send fewer of these and try to group these orders together a bit, however we wait a maximum of an extra day or two for this. If it is an urgent delivery, we ask you to contact us, as we always have the opportunity to send packages the same day, even for quite late orders.

Emergency deliveries

In exceptional cases, it is also possible to collect these directly from our warehouse at Liljeholmskajen in Stockholm until late in the evening as we have staff who live nearby and can be helpful, but this is only in exceptional cases.
