Start with the carrier, then fill it

The belts are the foundation of most set-ups. Light combat belt 1.0 comes in three sizes, Basic Equipment belt and Police Equipment belt are the wider duty belts, and Rigid trouser belt is the stiff trouser belt that carries the weight without folding. Leg straps, belt attachments, belt adjusters and I-Bar sets that lock the pouches in place all go with the belts.

The vests and harnesses take over when the weight is to be carried on the upper body. Equipment vest -16 is the open equipment vest with adjustable straps, and it is also available in HighVis yellow for work that calls for visibility. For plain clothes there is the covert surveillance equipment vest -05, the single-sided covert equipment vest -11 and the double-sided Dual side covert equipment harness -11.

The backpacks range from the 3-litre Multipurpose bag and Funny Pack 6L to the Specialist backpack in 30 and 40 litres, available in black, grey and olive. All pack 2.0 sits at 15–20 litres. For transport there is the Duffel bag in 55 and 90 litres, and a protective insert and a divider wall are available separately for the 30-litre backpack.

The pouches are what make the system usable

Snigel's pouches are divided up by what they are meant to hold. GP pouch 2, 3 and 3 Long are the general-purpose pouches, Oyster pouch comes in XS to L for smaller items, and Admin pouch in small and medium gathers the things you need to keep an overview of. In addition there are radio pouches, handcuff pouches, baton pouches, dump pouches in micro and small versions, elastic pouches for 5.56 and 7.62, a canister pouch and a bottle pouch.

The attachments run right through the range: a pouch bought for the belt can also be fitted to the vest or the leg panel. Trauma pouch -17 attaches with a press stud to a duty belt, leg platform, equipment vest or trouser belt, and opens by pulling the strap — even with gloves on. It holds a field dressing, a tourniquet and an elastic bandage, and has an eyelet in the bottom so that water drains out.

Medical equipment, marking and personal kit

The medical carrying range consists of the Trauma pouch with its matching insert, a holder for trauma shears and a Medic patch for marking. Additional dressing materials can be found under trauma. Among the patches you will find Polis, Instruktör, Swe, the Swedish flag patch and the cross patch in several sizes.

Personal kit includes a wallet, a key holder, notebook covers in two sizes, a memo board, a glove holder and the flame-retardant garment range: Annaclava, beanie, neck gaiter and fleece jacket. Wear parts such as buckles and adapter sets are sold separately, so a broken part need not mean a new bag.
