Hiking

Minor injuries are quite common when hiking. But major serious accidents are luckily not very common. Some form of chafing plaster is always a good idea to have with you, apart from this it depends a bit on the type of activity you will be doing and how far from civilization you will be. Some form of pressure bandage, elastic wrap and some way to manage slightly larger bleeding or fractures may be worth considering.
