LIV DES Gel 85 is an effective hand disinfectant with an alcohol content of approximately 85% by volume. The product is designed to effectively combat various forms of infectious agents, including bacteria, viruses such as covid-19 and fungi. It is easy to apply and contains moisturizing properties through glycerin, which helps to prevent drying of the skin. With a pH value of 6-9, it meets European standards and requirements according to SS-EN 14885:2018 for hand disinfection in medical areas of activity.

The product has undergone various tests that show its effectiveness against different types of microorganisms. These include virucidal effect against EN 14476 Vaccina and Murine Norovirus, bactericidal effect against EN 1500 Escherichia coli, EN 13727 Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus hirae and Escherichia coli, and yeasticidal effect against EN 13624 Candida albicans.
