Combat Application Tourniquet CAT - Blue Trainer

Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) Generation 7 is a portable and user-friendly one-handed tourniquet that can effectively stop a life-threatening arterial bleeding in both arms and legs. The blue CAT Tourniquet is specifically designed for training and practice purposes, but works the same as the black and orange versions.

The tourniquet uses an adhesive tape and an adjustable friction buckle to fit different circumferences. Using one hand, the user can easily adjust the tension arm, which creates a strong pressure on the affected area. The tension arm can then be locked in position with a built-in hook. To secure the tension arm during transport, a Velcro strap can be used to lock the hook in place.
