About the product
CAT Tourniquet Gen 7 in orange
C-A-T® Gen 7 by North American Rescue is a windlass tourniquet for controlling life-threatening bleeding from an arm or leg. It is designed for one- or two-handed application and is recommended by the CoTCCC.
Free-moving internal band and single-routing buckle
Turning the windlass tightens the patented free-moving internal band around the limb. Gen 7 uses one buckle-routing method for both one- and two-handed application. The red elliptical tip makes the end of the strap easy to identify.
Orange for high visibility
Rescue Orange makes the unit easier to see in a bag and on the patient. Its technical function is identical to the black version. Keep a separate unit for repeated training so the emergency unit is not exposed to training wear.
