Burnshield burn dressings/gel are approved by the Swedish Medicines Agency and contain Tea Tree Oil – a natural antiseptic with over 100 active substances that do not damage the skin cells. Burnshield cools down, reduces pain in the skin and prevents the damage from spreading into tissues around the wound. The dressing keeps the wound clean and moist and reduces the risk of general cooling. Burnshield burn dressings/gel are approved by the Medical Products Agency in Sweden for use on burns.
The dressing and gel are easy to remove when other treatment is started in hospital.
