Diphoterine ® Rinse station Plus is mounted on the wall. The contents are adapted to neutralize and wash away minor chemical splashes from the whole body, especially from the face and eyes. Rinsing must begin within 60 seconds after chemical splash to avoid damage. Therefore, place the rinsing station close to the risk area.

Diphoterine
It is often a matter of seconds before permanent damage occurs to the body through contact with chemicals. Getting to an emergency shower and trying to wash away harsh chemicals with water can take far too long. Water has a limited ability to neutralize chemicals, water can only dilute, which means that continuous rinsing is required for a long time to achieve the desired effect. During this time, the attack from the chemical is ongoing.
With Diphoterine ® we get an immediate neutralizing effect while the chemical has time to be stopped before it causes permanent damage. We also get a safer handling of the person in distress as clothing is also made harmless, at the same time the subsequent cleaning of surfaces and equipment is simplified.
Diphoterine is a unique First Aid rinse that quickly and effectively neutralizes both acids and bases such as e.g. hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide (lye) in case of chemical accidents. Diphoterine is also effective against solvents, reducers and oxidants and has been tested effective against over 1500 chemicals.
Diphoterine consists of a tailored molecule that effectively attracts and neutralizes the chemical. Thanks to its amphoteric* and hypertonic* properties, it is safe to use against all chemicals while preventing penetration of the harmful chemical and helping to pull out already penetrated chemical from the tissue.
