About the product
Mayo-Hegar needle holder, 16 cm, with tungsten carbide jaws. The tungsten carbide inserts give a firm grip on the needle and last considerably longer than ordinary steel.
Use
Used to hold the needle when suturing skin and subcutaneous tissue in outpatient clinics, emergency departments and operating theatres.
Material and care
Made of stainless steel. The instrument is reusable and supplied non-sterile – clean, disinfect and sterilise according to the instructions for use before first use.
