This vented chest seal is designed to immediately seal the wound while allowing air to vent from the chest cavity, preventing lung collapse and facilitating normal breathing. With its improved adhesion, it can be applied under extreme conditions, including the presence of blood, sweat or water. The transparent material enables continuous monitoring of the wound without having to remove the seal.
